3 Day Cold Liquid Diet Program

 

The best liquid diet program is drinking a protein shake 2 to 3 times a day along with  2 small meals. To start, you can have a protein shake every 3 hours for a total of 4 shakes with no other foods. Do the liquid program for only 3 days. 

After 3 days, include solid food for lunch and dinner eating only lean meats with vegetables. Be sure to drink at least 64 ounces of water each day and try a fast pace walk for 30 minutes a day, 5 days per week. You can lose 1 to 2 pounds each week on this program.

You can also lose the same amount of weight by eating 5 small meals per day and using the liquid protein shake as a meal replacement or mid day snack. We highly recommend this approach because it’s much easier to stay on and you get the same results as a liquid only diet.

We also suggest taking a vitamin supplement each day and preferably in liquid form because the body absorbs liquid vitamins better than most vitamin pills.

To make your liquid shake, we suggest the following:

  • 2 scoops of whey protein powder
  • 8 ounces of cold low fat milk, preferably un-sweeten soy milk
  • 5 packets of Splenda
  • 3 ice cubes

Place content in blender and blend on high for 45 seconds to 1 minute. The content will taste like a thick milk shake.
