30 Day Diet Diet Menu Plan

Below is a sample menu of our 30 day diet meal plan. The total daily calorie value for women is between 1200 and 1400 calories.  A little more for men. Breakfast Menu 7 am- 8 am


Cereal with 1% milk or Slim Fast Shake 


1 cup of strawberries or favorite fruit 50

Mid Day Morning Snack

Lunch Menu 11:30 am - 1:00 pm

Turkey or chicken  (lunchmeat) sandwich with light mayonnaise. Add 1 ounce of low fat shredded cheese if desired



10 Quaker Mini Crisp or 1 serving (1 ounce) fat free chips (Lays WOW or Pringle fat free)


Healthy Choice Soup - 1 cup (bring from home in plastic container and warm in microwave) 110
Sliced orange or favorite fruit  50

Mid Day Afternoon Snack 2 pm - 4 pm

10 Quaker Mini Crisp or fat free chips (Lays WOW or Pringle fat free)  70
