My friend told me that
balanced dieting is the only way to lose
weight. Is that true? Can you tell me the
pros and cons of dieting?
Dear Reader,
Balanced dieting is
not the only way to lose weight
but it's sure the most sensible.
You can lose weight eating 2 slices of
chocolate cake ( not a balanced diet ) for
the entire day with no other food!
Not a good way to lose weight.
For the same amount of calories, you can
have several balanced meals that include
fruits, vegetables and meats. A balanced
diet is easier to maintain and it will not
leave you feeling hungry through most of
the day.
