We have a liquid diet
plan that will help you lose 1 to 2 pounds each week. Instead of
drinking only liquid drinks, our plan involves a combination of solid
food and liquid protein drinks.
The trick to losing
weight is to eat small meals 5 times a day using the liquid protein
shake as meal replacement. Most protein powders that require milk or
water is the best. We recommend whey protein. You can place the
following in a blender:
- 3 packets of
Splenda,
- 3 ice cubes
- 8 ounces of low
fat milk
- 2 scoops of whey
protein powder
We also suggest 30
minutes a day fast pace walk. This will increase your metabolism by 200
calories per day.

ounces of water and take a multiple vitamin.
