Dear Editor, I’m having trouble on my new diet. I’m eating 2 meals a day and trying to avoid carbs. What are the odds that I can lose 10 pounds by the end of the month. The best diet I ever tried was when I ate more times during the day but I’m not sure if that will work any more. What do you think? ~ Need Good Diet
The best way to lose weight is to actually eat more through the day, not less. Most people feel they can save calories by skipping meals. Unfortunately, skipping meals will only increase your odds of over-eating later in the day. Instead, plan 4 to 5 small meals through the day.
Stick to a sensible diet plan eating healthy foods. The best diet in the
world includes foods that you like. Plan your meals and diet menus. Try
to limit simple carbs such as junk food but include foods made from
whole grains such as cereal and a limited amount of whole grain bread.
