What ideas can you give me to lose 20 pounds in the next 3 months. I have a class reunion and I would really like to lose a little weight. I get bored easily, so dieting can be very difficult at times. Is there a simple method I can use to lose weight?

Try eating a lean meat along with two vegetables. You will reduce your carbs and calories while maintaining a nutritious diet.

Incorporate a daily walking program. We suggest that you walk for 30 minutes. Be patient with your dieting and weight loss program and watch the weight come off.
