Dinner should be the last time you eat. Weight loss comes from burning more calories than eating calories, and dinner should be the last calories for the evening. Any more food may cause you to exceed your daily calorie goal. Don't be fooled, calories do matter! 

Monitor your eating behavior each night and don't fall into the trap of snacking every night. Be ready, you will get the URGE to snack after dinner but this time you will deny the urge. Why? Because you don't need the extra food. You are the master of your body!
