Dear Editor, My friend told me to eat certain fat burning foods. She said to eat plenty of grapefruits, melons and strawberries. She also recommended that I take a teaspoon of vinegar every night to help with fat burning. I tried her advice and ate plenty of the foods that she recommended for fat burning. At the end of 2 months, I almost cried when I got on the scale. Instead of losing weight and fat, I actually gained 2 pounds! Is there any truth to fat burning foods. My experience with these foods has been very negative. Maybe I just ate the wrong food to lose fat. I really need your advice ....
