Stir-Fry vegetables and
chicken is one of the best food to lose weight. You lose weight by eating
more vegetables, skinless chicken, lots of water and very little high
calorie desserts. Stir-fry is an excellent food and way to eat vegetables,
especially if you don’t normally like veggies.

skillet, and quickly stir fry small, diced pieces of skinless chicken.
Add more food such as your favorite veggies and seasoning, and in minutes
you have a delicious, low calorie meal that’s satisfying and healthy.
Low carbs diets are
very popular but do not always suggest the best food to lose weight
according to most dieticians and nutritionists. There’s nothing wrong with
eliminating food such as bread or rice from your diet to lower overall
calorie intake. But never make a habit of eating fatty meats and sauces,
as many low carb diets suggest because they’re loaded with artery clogging
fat and calories.
Losing weight does take
sacrifice, so cutting your food intake by 20% to 25% and planning every
meal takes discipline. The first few days are always the worst when trying
to change eating habits and many people never get past the first few days.
There’s NO NEED TO FEEL GUILT OR FAILURE when attempting to lose weight.
First, you must always
have a plan. Simply eating food when you feel hungry DOES NOT WORK because
eating is based more on emotional than physical needs. Have you felt
hungry, WHEN YOU WEREN’T just because you were angry or depress at the
time? That’s why you must plan eating at specific times and plan exactly
what food you will eat in advance.
For
those who are tempted by late night snacking, instead of giving in to
those high calories treats, try substituting your favorite fruits. Make
it a point to buy fruits from the market that you really like. Buy one or
two fruits and test them for sweetness and taste. Once you find good
tasting fruits, by plenty of them and use them to satisfy that late night
sweet tooth.
