Question:
I need to lose weight and I know the best way is to
eat Healthy Food while dieting. The problem is that I get really hungry
between meals and I don't select healthy foods. I know how to eat
healthy for my main meals but what do i do between meals and late at
night?
Answer:
Just because you're dieting doesn't mean you have to
starve and not enjoy food. There are many healthy and delicious food you
can choose through low fat recipes. However, it seems like you
discovered that you can prepare healthy foods for breakfast, lunch and
dinner.
When dieting, it's always better to allow yourself a
few low calorie snacks between meals. This will keep you from feeling
too hungry and eventually binging. You can choose healthy snacks.
