Please give me a few tips on how
I can lose 25 pounds right away. I don’t exercise very much so will that
keep me from losing weight? I’ve had a hard time losing weight in the
past and I really need your advice.

The best way to lose 25 pounds
is to set realistic goals. At best, you can burn 2 pounds per week but I
would set a more realistic goal of 1 pound per week and in 25 weeks, you
will have lost the entire 25 lbs.
You did not state your current
weight, height or age but on average, most women can reduce their daily
intake between 1400 and 1500 calories. Spread these calories over 5
meals per day to keep your metabolism reved up. If you wait too long
between meals, your metabolism will slow down.
Eliminate sugar and white flour
from your diet as much as possible. Your carbs should come from
vegetables, beans, brown rice, and some fruits.
One pound of fat equals 3500
calories so at 1400 calories per day, you can lose a pound each week
assuming your body burns 2000 calories per day. You can do this without
exercise. However, regular exercise helps elevate your metabolism and
burns extra calories.
